Founded in 1976, Ignition Service & Supply has served the industrial starting and ignition needs of the Permian Basin for decades. Based in Odessa, Texas, ISS brings together air starters, parts and repair support for the people who keep industrial equipment running.
Former owner Mark Dunn brought 26 years of natural-gas industry experience to ISS when he purchased the business. That practical understanding of equipment and customer needs is part of the foundation we carry forward.

In 2026, ISS entered a new chapter under WestCap Holdings. Our goal is to build on the technical knowledge and customer relationships that have shaped this business, while strengthening how we serve customers today and preparing for the opportunities ahead.
Our priorities are clear: develop our people, improve access to parts and rebuilt starters, make service communication easier, and expand our reach while staying rooted in Odessa.
